This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, and related information for customers of Backstrap Worldwide LTD.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM GMT may be processed on the following business day. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking details.
We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom and European Union. If you’re outside these regions and interested in placing an order, please contact us before ordering.
Standard delivery within the UK: 2–4 business days
Standard delivery to the EU: 3–7 business days
Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight or size. You will be shown the final shipping cost before completing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.
For EU deliveries, all duties and import taxes are included in your checkout price. For countries outside the EU (if applicable), you may be responsible for any customs charges imposed by your local authority.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
