Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Backstrap Worldwide LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition

If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@backstrap.org with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit — please use a trackable shipping method

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Email: info@backstrap.org

  • Please include a clear photo of the issue and your order number

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Then contact your bank
